Attach your pet ID tags to the D-ring and open the quick release snap to place holder on the collar ring or around the collar.
If you want your pet's tag not to hang down so much from the collar, secure the ID tag holder AROUND the collar and place the ring toward the top of the collar. This is ideal for smaller dogs that don't appreciate a tag dangling so low. ID holders fit on collars with a width of 1" or less. Super easy to snap your pet's ID on their harness too!
