Eco-friendly can be Easy as Apple Pie

OK, for me personally I would be challenged making an apple pie. However these days I think being green is definitely doable and pretty simple!

In fact we just created a "Green Corner" in our pet boutique to feature all our eco-friendly dog and cat products. One might think this section of our store would be lacking in color, but in fact it splashes guests with all kinds of color as they enter. From our eco-friendly red crab dog toys made with recycled plastic bottles to our blue crab cat toys made from sustainable recycled felt and organic catnip, this section shines.

Our U.S. made collars and leashes always draw attention, but it feels great to highlight our eco-friendly dog collars like our hemp dog collars and leashes that are also made in America. Did you know hemp is one of the oldest natural fibers? Hemp was one of the first successful fibers used to create sails, ropes and rigging on boats way back when. You'll fiind it to be extremely durable as the natural fiber continues to soften with age. I can speak from experience that these leashes feel soft and great in your hand...especially if your dog likes to lead on walks!

In addition to eco-friendly pet collars and leashes, our pet boutique offers biodegradable pick-up bags for dog walkers. The biodegradable mits even work great as a clean and responsible way to remove "packages" from kitty litter boxes.
